[iTunes] CD burner

I am suddenly having trouble w/burning CDs

I get a dialog box stating: The disc burner is in use outside iTunes now.
This is new behavior. I am wondering if it is related to upgrading to
iTunes 4.6 running 10.2.8.

Any ideas? I can't backup my MP3s and AIFF files. I just know as long as
I can't backup, my machine will crash!
