[iTunes] AudioBook corrupt?

I went to this document and it was very helpful. I did everything it
suggested. I followed it to a T: Troubleshooting songs and audiobooks
that won't play. I have Recreated the iTunes Library file. I have backed
up and restored playlists. I de-authorized and reauthorized. And I
restored my iPod. I did all theses things in the order suggested by
Apple. Still, the files don't play correctly on my iPod. I will try
writing to Apple Music Store next.

I'm exhausted!
