Actually, being on a PC messes it up for you. (Put down your flame- 
throwers, just kidding). However, the procedure is still the same.  
You have to navigate to a website that has the album art you are  
looking for. You have to download the picture (if it is downloadable)  
and save it somewhere on your computer. Then you have to move it to  
the correct place on iTunes. While the details might be slightly  
different, the processes are the same. Just because some bloke has a  
right-hand drive Jaguar instead of a left-hand drive Chevy truck, I  
can still tell him how to find the gas station and he still has to  
drive over same roads to get there.
