First use Consolidate function to copy all music files into the initial
Library location on your C drive (assuming there is enough room to do
this). Then, under Preferences>Advanced>General tab, click on the
"Change" button next to "iTunes Music Folder Location" and specify your
E drive as new location of library. After testing to make sure all works
properly, delete any remaining music files in other locations.
