[iTunes] itunes seems to be broken

Becca, are you on Windows or Mac. If the former, there are some  
problems with the current (new) version of Quicktime, and that may be  
causing you problems. I don't use Windows myself but there have been  
various reports in other groups. I think if you go to the Apple  
website, you might be able to load the previous version. If you're on  
Mac, tell us more about the configuration (machine, os version, etc).
