[iTunes] more problems with iTunes

Yesterday, my copy of iTunes froze up, and I had to use CTRL+ALT+DEL (I"m on a Windows XP box) to shut it down. Now, iTunes come up, but totally blank - I've lost my entire library. Somebody posted the name of the file that I should import to restore my library, but I can't find that post - help!
