[iTunes] "Manually manage music and videos"

This seems the way iTunes performs regardless of whether the "Manually  
Manage..." option is checked or not. I've never seen iTunes sync with  
iPhone automatically, it always waits until I click on the "Sync"  
button at lower right corner of iTunes window. I've always left the  
"iTunes will automatically open when device is connected" unchecked,  
if that matters.

This is why I asked, because I've never noticed a difference in  
operation between "Manually Manage..." checked or unchecked.
