[iTunes] How does one report a bug?

I have found a bug on the Apple iTunes site that is driving me nuts. When you go to the iTunes Store and click on Purchased (on the right) you get a list of your purchases on the left. Choose from that list what you want to download or play. Well, the scroll bars don't work as you know Apple has these disappearing scroll bars anymore that only show up when you mouse over them,.  Well, the last few days when you mouse over the bar you can't grab it to scroll down. For the scroll bars to show up the cursor has to be slightly off the bar. At first I thought it might be my screen res since one one computer the cursor is super large but that happens on all my computers. I don't suppose it matters if you don't have a zillion titles in your list of purchases but if you do you can't browse so if you don't remember the name you are out of luck.
