<DIV>I was stumped with a problem from my boss earlier this week; he says on his PC, whenever he opens iTunes it cannot find the songs he has imported. All of the songs in his library have exclamation marks beside them.</DIV>

<DIV>He told me he, his daughter and his wife all have iPods, and access the songs by docking at the one computer.</DIV>
