Hi Ginger, you were right about the templates that come with Filemaker.
However, I only have a v. of FM5 pro (Classic), that doesn't integrate 
with Mail/Address Book.
Would FM for OS-X do that?

Sorry for that Randy, and thanks for the suggestions.
I was looking for something on the private end of the spectrum, share- 
or freeware.
Purpose was organizing the invitations (e-mail if available, postal 
otherwise) and replies for a family reunion. Could be any other type of 
party, though, where you want to keep track of the number of people who 
confirm to attend ...
