Way-OT: Bench-Top Multi-Meter...

Hi All, I'm in Real Need of a Bench-top Meter,  
FLUKE,HP,Tektronix,B&K,Etc...
Anyone have a Meter they been thinking of selling?...
I have a Radio here in GREAT need of help, and need the meter..
I'm also looking for a Frequency Counter 1.3G, but 500Mhz would do,
if the price is right?.... Drop me a line ....
