Maybe but don't trust this. Make sure you are getting a noticeable air 
flow out of the top vent or you will cook it. You should be able to 
feel it but you can also put a light piece of tissue paper on top and 
see if it rises. If not there's probably not a good connection at the 
DC-DC board connector. The connector has to "snap" or "click" in.
