But ultimately the customers must come first. I meant my comment to be more of the "more flies with honey than vinegar" type of advice than anything else. As I mentioned before, I've been where you are with them myself, at the end of last year - if I hadn't been able to get a Powermac to bridge the time I think I would've got postal. -- Todd
