[CUBE] Quit calling components "Master" and "Slave", youbigots!

Master and slave have a much different meaning than primary and secondary.  The first implies a much tighter control interface than the latter.

I always thought "master" and "slave" was a sort of redneck title for 
something as easy as "primary" and "secondary"...especially when it's 
electronics were dealing with...

place of 2 older terms. COULD IT GET MUCH WORSE!
