[CUBE] Cube not lifting out of case

Something is hung up around the side. Very often, it is the little 
swinging door. Try taking something thin and running it around the side 
between the chassis and the case. If you find something protruding even 
the smallest amount, leave the tool jammed in to push against it and 
then try pulling up.
