upgrade

dear cube list. After months of scouring ebay, I have finally got the cube I
have long dreamed off. Please forgive me for asking a question which has no
doubt been asked and answered a thousand times. But anyway, can someone tell
me what kind of memory chips i need to upgrade the ram, and how much ram i
can squeeze into the cube. Also, can anyone recommend the quietest hard
drives for a simialr upgrade. I have a 450mhz cube which i assume is
standards. thanks in advance.
