Take a piece of wire the same size as the pin, and just a smidgen longer than what's broken. Insert into the appropriate hole. You may get necessary contact without a nightmare, pinpoint-precision solder job. Make sure you can replace the connecter, as well, in the event that it does not work, or if you need to use a different drive without the problem pin. I HAVE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE.
