The main challenge to doing this is in the disassembly of the Core to the point where you can get at those cables. This is the secret Rich C has yet to reveal at <http://www.cubeowner.com/forums// index.php?act=ST&f=1&t=1007&hl=&s=14d4a87a baf08b650e722a91beab25fa>. I am wondering if we have to go as far as it takes to put in a new processor before we can reach those cables. Fortunately for us, PowerLogix published a QuickTime Movie of their DVD instructions on how to do the disassembly last October 2002. I have my own copy. But I can't find where it's still posted. Do you know if it's still available for download Laurie or Robert Jagitsch and if so the URL please? k On Saturday, February 8, 2003, at 08:30 AM, Don Linares wrote: > Yes...that makes perfect sense... maybe, modifying that fitting plate > professionally and then mounting a round IDE female > to it.
