window won't close

every-time i restart my computer, or log out then back in the window 
~/applications/netscape7.1 is always open. if i move the window the 
position i move it to will be saved but it's always open.

i used to remember a way to edit these types of properties in the 
terminal, does anyone know how to help me out?
