[CUBE] Which upgrade for video editing?

I agree with Seth. I'm assuming you meant that you have 1GB of ram.
That's a good amount to start with for graphics work. I'd consider a
fast (7200 rpm, 8mb cache) hard drive and one of the Powerlogix or
Sonnet CPU upgrades. The 800mHz and 1gHz have come down quite a bit in
price, and from a 450, you'll see a nice increase in speed.
