Restricting access to the Finder

Hello,

I've set up my machine with 2 users as i'm letting a group of students use some applications for a while, what i want to know is if i can restrict access to the Finder? i've already disabled access to the System Prefs, but i want to also stop them getting into the system files/library/OS9 folders via the Finder & only be able to access applications on the dock, is this possible?
