[CUBE] removing icons from system prefs

Thing is, the uninstaller didn't remove the icons in the system prefs 
pane.  That's my problem.

And thanks Jonathan, I already tried to find all files with 'dave' in 
the title but nothing comes up except the Dave crash log.

I'm running OS X 10.2.4 by the way
