PowerLogix 1.2GHz Upgrade Status?

Does anybody know if there is some type of production
delay with the PowerLogix PowerForce G4 Series 100
1.2GHz Cube upgrades? It seems as though some were
sent out a couple of weeks ago, but distributors (at
least OWC) haven't had them in stock since. Perhaps
PowerLogix is switching to the new Series 233 design?
