[CUBE] Seagate Barracuda IV vs. V

So can someone speak intelligently about the trade-off between transfer
rate (The IV model is faster) and the cache (The V model with 8MB vs. a
model with 2MB)?
I suppose it depends on usage, like how often you're reading the same files?
