MORE 3.1/ Auction software, and thanks re outline software for OS 9.1?

2. What is auction software that you guys are talking about, I mean, what 
does it do?
3. Does anyone here use MORE 3.1 on their cube? If so, is there an online 
manual? Our version (3.1) does not have its help feature or a manual.
