I just bought a external hard drive from Other World Computing. Talked to the salesperson about other upgrades. FWIW, His comment on the dual 800 mhz CPU versus the 1 Ghz CPU (both PowerLogic) was that the power brick for the cube may have some problems handling the load with the 1 Ghz CPU.
