I have read that Carbon Copy Cloner will work. But you do need to reformat to change partition sizes. I think 10GB is a good size for the first and OSX partition. I have an 8 GB partition that is close to full a lot of the time. We don't have a "Partition Magic" counterpart in the Mac world that the PC world has.
