[CUBE] Processor upgrade

I've seen a lot of people talking about the PowerLogix processor 
upgrade program but after searching their site, along with 
cubeowner.com archives & FAQs, I am unable to find any details - how 
much back for older boards towards the purchase of a newer one, etc. 
Also, I remember it being only valid in the US - is upgrade program not 
valid for Canadian purchases?
