problem installing JAG

Dear List,
I am trying to install Jag on its own partition on my 450 cube (I have 1 gig
RAM, am running system 9.2.2 and my firmware is up to date)

The installer keeps quitting ("exit error 0") after a few moments of
installing. I am doing an initial, easy install.

Any ideas what the problem is?
If I try doing an "erase disk + install", will that erase only the selected
partition? Erasing the disk would be a disaster for me!
