[CUBE] Fan speed adjustment

You can also buy a variable speed fan with a manual adjustment dial on 
a long cord that can be dangled outside the case. I have one waiting 
for the dual 1.2 GHz PowerLogix upgrade.

It's a Enermax UC-8FAB-B 8CM fan with variable speed dial allowing it 
to run from 1K-3K RPM. It has two ball bearings.
