From a purely functional standpoint regarding internet standard services - not much. From an enterprise management standpoint - quite a bit. The NetInfo integration with the ability to build hierarchical authentication and authorization structures encompassing multiple regions of authority, LDAP integration, password server, netboot capabilities etc are really very cool.
