[CUBE] Ejecting CD

I suspect something mechanical, as opposed to electronic, has gone wrong.  
You may have to use forceps or something similar to get this out.  I'm not 
experienced with this process, but I'm thinking a combination of plastic tweezers 
and push the mechanical eject button by going through the end of the slot with 
a paperclip...
