     Well, there isn't really any such beast yet, since the drive 
manufacturers aren't selling any 3.5-inch ATA drives bigger than 250 
- 300 Gbyte. La Cie, however, will slap two of them in a 5.25-inch 
enclosure with FireWire 400:

or Firewire 80-0 plus USB 2.0:

     .... or you can just wait six or eight months for higher 
capacity, single drive heads.
