Yes... "Can be used to upgrade a Power Macintosh G4 QuickSilver 733, 
800, 867 & 933 Mhz single processor"
Notice that those all 133 MHz multipliers - they are meant for 133 MHz 
system bus, and cube is 100 MHz.
Maybe with some tinkering with jupers/resistors you might get it to 
work, but for that price it is not worth the effort.
