Shutdown and Restart Problems

I do not know if this problem has been addressed on this list.  However, 
here is what is happening to my cube.  My backup Mac is 450 cube with 20 gb 
hd and 1.2 GB of memory.  It is running OS 10.2.4.  Recently, after 
installing Aladdin's Ten for X utilities, I have encountered the following 
problem.  I shut down the system; it goes off for a few minutes and then it 
restarts by itself.  I have looked at the Apple site and this behavior was 
an issue under OS 9 but there is nothing recent on this problem.  I am 
stumped and frustrated.  Does any one have any ideas or suggestions as to 
what can be taking place?  Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
