If your flat panel is an Apple ADC model, then you'd need 2 things. 1) an ADC-VGA converter box, which runs about $300, and 2) a Mac video (DB-19) to VGA adapter, which should cost about $5-10. If you have an older Apple LCD with a VGA plug, then you don't need item #1.
