800MHz G4 L3 Cache vs Dual 450 G4

Which would be more worth the effort, an 800MHz G4 L3 Powerlogix 
upgrade or a Dual 450 G4 mod from a tower?

I plan to use it with a Radeon 9000, so what would be best at this 
point?

And which is less stress on the DC/DC board?
