Just to see if I could, mind you, I ripped a vob off a DVD movie I just purchased (The Rocketeer) and copied it to my 20Gig iPod. Next I hooked up the iPod to my 700Mhz iBook. Then I mounted the iPod via AFP (Go->Connect to Server) to my Cube. Next I fired up DVDplayer on the Cube and clicked on 'File' and selected the iPod/Rocketeer/VIDEO_TS folder and clicked the Play button. The movie started, but there were a few too many skips/pauses. So I hooked up my iBook to my LAN via my 10/100 switch instead of Airport. Cool. I'm now watching the movie *Full Screen* with no problems. Streaming it from my iPod connected to another Mac across the room! I just get a kick out of this kind of stuff. 8^) -- J.C.
