[OFF] Tivo & Mac

As mentioned in another post, lightning has apparently rendered both my
Cube modem and my Tivo modem unusable.

Does anyone on this list have experience adding a Tivo (Series 1) to your
network?  If so, can you offer pointers?  Otherwise, what about some good
(easy to understand) links about the topic, from a Mac perspective? 
(There's a lot of Tivo hack info out there, but most of it involves using
a PC or Linux machine.)

I'd like to:

1.  Get the Tivo onto my wireless network
2.  Get Tivo to download schedule info via the wireless network instead
of the modem
3.  Extract digital video from Tivo onto the Cube
