[CUBE] Best bang for the buck CPU

If you reduce the voltage to the fan to 7v, it's almost silent. I'm 
running mine that way (with stock 500mHz CPU and GF2) and it's been 
great for over a year.

Anyone try running the fan at a slower speed with a 1.0 or 1.2 gHz cpu?
