I just asked this question last week myself. I'm a longtime Palm user 
and just got a Pocket PC device to try out (and older CE 3.0 Casio 
model). I've heard good things about Missing Sync, but it required 
Pocket PC 2002 or better.

If only there was a MAME version for Palm...
