Cube Freezing

Test your RAM - lots.  Try testing your HD or changing if you have a 
spare. (these are the two logical culprits to me.)
And run Apple Hardware test CD.
Try your Cube in OSX as well - maybe you have an extention conflict.

Once they are elliminated as possibles all that's left is MO and 
Processor.
