Get an Iogear 2-port ADC/USB KVM and then you can share your 20" Cinema, keyboard and mouse with the Cube (as a server) and the Dual. It's probably too late to get much for the AIO or the iMacs, though. On the whole I think I agree with your practical side :-(. My practical side has been saying similar things to me.
