[CUBE] Panther DOES support processor upgrade cards

I am running 7B85 Panther on my 1.2Ghz Powerlogic modified cube.
No problems so far.  Runs noticably faster, too.  XBench20 score
went from 108 to 112.  But the increased responsiveness seems even
better than that score would indicate.
