[CUBE] Panther DOES support processor upgrade cards

I'm running 7B85 (which is the release version) on a 500 Cube and it is 
FAST FAST FAST.

I love it. Panther was made for Cubes. Y'all have to get it. It gives 
new life to stock Cubes.
