Right now at work I have a G4 Quicksilver. This is the loudest Mac I have ever used! It puts out so much with noise it isn't even funny. The G5 has 9 fans, but they are a lot more quiet then the older G4's. Even my G4 PowerBook is louder then my Cube once the fan kicks in.
