I have AirTunes streaming from my cube connected via
ethernet to a Linksys WRT54G router and it works
great.  In the AirPort Admin Utility for the AirPort
Express, there's an option for streaming AirTunes via
ethernet, but since I don't have a wired connection to
my AE, I haven't tested it.  I also use the Salling
Clicker on my Palm T3 via bluetooth to control iTunes
from another way.  Everything works great and was easy
to set up!
