Indeed.  They'd rather ignore the irony of clogging the list with their 
off-topic whining about which posts are off-topic.  And then those same 
people will happily prattle on when something OT comes up that *they* 
are interested it.

It's not like this list is usually overrun with off-topic yammerings, 
*except* for when the topic police try to step in.  This list has a 
pretty reasonably low amount of traffic.
