Plug them in :-)  No, really it's that simple.  The only thing that you 
might have to do is check the sound output control panel to ensure that 
it's sending audio out the USB port rather than the built-in speakers.  
I haven't yet found a way to have them both running concurrently tho'

Same principal as using the griffin iMic.
