Silent printer?

Slightly off-list, but here goes.
The beauty of my silent cube is always ruined whenever I need to print
something. I use a  HP laserjet 4, which is a wonderful workhorse, but has
the most annoying exhaust fan. Anyone know of a b&w networkable laser
printer which is quiet, or could I put the fan on my laserjet on some sort
of thermoswitch?
